For each project, the plant equipment is always chosen according to the requests and needs of the customer, and considering the requirements set to the products by the local authorities.
The solutions are always tailored to the production and output volumes as requested. In many cases, for instance quality sorting, cutting, finger jointing, glueing, machining, and coating of the material, assembling of the fittings and packing is included in the total line arrangement.
The degree of automated functions is adjusted as necessary, from the scanner controlled sorting to automated cycles using robots and to self-managed workpiece detection.
Our project group is closely and widely attached to the various steps of the realisation, starting from drafting the location plan to the erection of the premises, to their fire protection, safety issues and maintaining uninterrupted production. The plans for future plant extension will be considered right from the beginning.
